ATrack Launches the AL300 LTE-M Waterproof Tracker

Launched by ATrack Technology Inc. Recently the AL300 LTE-M waterproof tracker with IP67 waterproof and dustproof functions, specially designed for heavy machinery or transportation equipment which need to be monitored for a long time and placed outdoors, such as refrigerated trucks, scooters, trailers, agricultural and construction heavy machinery. In addition to a powerful IP67 enclosure, the AL300 can monitor driving behavior, real-time equipment operating data, and support global LTE Cat. M1 wireless communication, effectively reducing communication costs as the best managing partner for heavy machinery equipment and fleets.

Powerful waterproof and dustproof functions to perfectly adapt to harsh environments

Since many agricultural or heavy-duty construction machinery have been operating outdoors for a long time and are often dispatched to different places to carry out tasks, it is difficult for managers to keep up with their locations and deploy them efficiently in real time. With the AL300 LTE-M Water Tracker, managers can monitor the real-time location of the machine and machining, with access to engine information to understand the condition of the equipment to predict failure and maintain accordingly, thus avoiding high maintenance costs or operational losses from any emergencies. In addition, the AL300 can be applied to manage rentals. The geofencing function can monitor whether the machine is working in the specified working area. If there is anything abnormal, it will immediately notify the managers to prevent equipment theft.

With IP67 waterproof and dustproof functions, dust can be completely prevented from entering the AL300, while it can be immersed in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes. It can work normally in any harsh environment. In addition to heavy machinery, it can be applied to refrigerated trucks, trailers, and the scooter sharing system that has been gaining traction in recent years.

Supports Bluetooth technology to connect to multiple sensors.

The AL300 can be connected to various sensors through Bluetooth to monitor the operation of the device and respond to any abnormalities in real time. During transportation in the cold chain, the AL300 can be connected to temperature sensors to monitor the temperature of refrigerated containers any time they are at lower temperatures. If there is any abnormality, it will immediately notify the managers to prevent the abnormal temperature from affecting the quality of the goods, thus reducing losses. In terms of driving safety, the AL300 supports tire pressure sensors to keep pace with tire pressure and temperature in real time and detect abnormal conditions early, such as punctured tires, to improve driving safety and prevent accidents.

The IoT LTE Cat. M1 network lowers operating costs.

LTE Cat. M1 technology has been adopted for the AL300, making it particularly suitable for all-in-one vehicle applications that transmit less data and are constantly on the move. The cost of the connection is much lower than that of high-speed LTE. Even in the case of large-scale deployment, it can effectively control operating costs and help fleets improve management efficiency.

AL300 has obtained the European Union CE Mark, US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Certificate, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) Certificate, PTCRB Certificate and RoHS Certificate to better protect human health and the environment, while meeting the stringent standards of many countries. Moreover, the AL300 LTE-M water tracker was officially launched recently, which has been certified by the American telecom company AT&T.
